LoanCare will complete the registration of loans onto MERS via receipt of data and images. We will update data electronically through our LPS MSP servicing system and validate all MIN numbers.
This service is most beneficial when servicing rights are sold to another MERS member and the seller and buyer need to update the MERS system to reflect the new ownership interest.
