MI Claim Work
In today's business environment of record number of foreclosures, LoanCare will provide the following mortgage insurance claim support on a contract basis:
- File claims within investor/client/Agency standards.
- File initial FNMA and FHLMC claims within 30 days of foreclosure sale.
- File final FNMA and FHLMC claims within 30 days of REO sale.
- File VA Notice of Conveyance within 15 days of the foreclosure sale.
- File VA Claim Under Loan Guaranty within 30 days of completion of the title package.
- Prepare HUD properties to be in conveyance condition and complete the 27011 Part A within 30 days of Marketable Title.
- Complete the HUD 27011 Part B within 15 days of receipt of the Title Approval Letter.
- File private mortgage insurance claims within 60 days of the foreclosure sale.
- File supplemental claims as required.
